II. The management fee shall be settled according to the following scheme:
Both parties agree that Party B shall dispatch a total of X employees and Party A shall pay Party B RMB X as management fee on a monthly basis during the agreed period from X to X, and that Party B shall dispatch X employees and Party A pay Party B RMB X as management fee on a monthly basis during the agreed period from X to X.
三.甲方每月 X 日前将本协议约定的管理费用交付乙方，乙方开具正式管理费发票。
III. Party A shall pay the agreed management fee to Party B prior to the Xth day of each month and Party B shall issue a formal invoice for it.
四. 如有甲方延期X个工作日后未支付本合同约定的款项，甲方需向乙方支付滞纳金。滞纳金计算标准为：每延迟一日，需支付乙方应付金额的 千分之一 。如延期X天未支付本合同约定的款项则被视为违约，乙方并有权终止本合同，甲方除结清所有欠款之外另需向乙方偿付一个月的管理费为违约赔偿金。
IV. If Party A fails to pay the agreed fees in X working days after the agreed payment date, Party A shall pay overdue fine to Party B. Such overdue fine shall be 0.1% of the amount payable by Party A for each postponed day. Party A’s failure to pay the agreed fees in X days after the agreed payment date shall be deemed breach of agreement, which shall entitle Party B to terminate the agreement. Party A shall pay one-month management fee to Party B as breach compensation in addition to all remaining arrears.
V. If either party terminates the agreement early, the terminating party shall pay the other party X-month management fee as breach compensation.
Article 9 Rights and obligations of Party A
1. Party A shall be obliged to provide Party B with any equipment required for work and a good working environment;
2. If Party A is not satisfied with the technical ability of any of the employees dispatched by Party B, Party A shall have the right to request Party B to replace him/her and Party B shall do so;
3. Party B shall accept the leadership and supervision by Party A. If Party B violates any hotel rules, Party A shall have the right to penalize Party B reasonably (However, such penalty shall not be implemented without prior approval by Party B’s project leader);
4. Party A shall keep all materials about the landlord confidential during the performance of the agreement;
5. Party A shall be obliged to timely pay remuneration to Party B as agreed;
6. Party A shall support Party B’s participation in any social events good for the reputation of the hotel;
7. If any employee dispatched by Party B acts in a way against any law, Party A shall have the right to dismiss him/her.
